Over the course of several years, Earth Group has made a significant impact by providing essential support to underprivileged children through the sale of Earth Water, Earth Coffee, and Earth Tea. Partnering with the United Nations World Food Program (WFP), the company donates 100% of net profits toward school meal programs, resulting in over 3.7 million meals served to date.

As part of their mission to help as many children as possible, Earth Group recently ventured into the coffee industry by opening their first Coffee Shop in Seoul, South Korea. While still in the early stages of operation, the success of this pilot shop will determine the feasibility of further expansion. To support their cause, Earth Group required a comprehensive tool to track global sales and profitability, enabling them to make informed decisions and assess their impact on children’s lives.

In collaboration with Aashish Patel, Flamur Binakaj, and Alexandria Renoir, our team created a robust financial model that encompasses all revenue streams and breaks down margins. This model empowers the Earth Group team to make executive changes with immediate quantifiable outcomes, showcasing the impact they are making on children’s lives.

Additionally, Earth Group sought a financial valuation of their Korean coffee shop to evaluate its viability and facilitate the future expansion of a chain of similar coffee shops worldwide. Our model provides a comprehensive summary of the pilot shop’s financial condition, offering insights into its sustainability and profitability. Through our partnership with Earth Group, we have successfully supported their financial stability and profitability, ensuring a continuous flow of meals to children in need. Our team has created a valuable and enduring tool that will guide them from the initial launch of the coffee shop and beyond.
